We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, please refer to our return & exchange guidelines below.

Due to the limited nature of our collections and hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or color preference.
2. Exchanges (for Defective or Incorrect Items Only)
We only accept exchanges if:

You received a defective item, or

The wrong item/size was sent by mistake
To request an exchange:

Include your order number, clear photos of the item, and a short description of the issue
Once approved:

The item must be returned in unused, unwashed condition with tags attached

You will bear the return shipping cost unless the error is on our side
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
3. Sizing
Please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing. We do not offer size exchanges unless the wrong size was shipped due to our error.
